Recently, I shared my profile with an organization and they told me they could not view it. I was checking forums and was told that the support team takes 4 to 5 days to respond. It's been over a week and they still haven't responded to my ticket and my account can't be viewed. Does anyone know of a quicker way to solve this problem?
