Links in tutorial pages are broken

Clicking on the links in tutorial pages don't see to find a resource and instead just render the existing page - it looks like it's linking to internal anchors # rather than the page.

E.g. the link to _trends reference guide _ documentation in this page https://panel.holoviz.org/tutorials/basic/indicators_performance.html links to the following

https://panel.holoviz.org/tutorials/basic/indicators_performance.html#../../reference/indicators/Trend.html

If using the actual relative resolution we get https://panel.holoviz.org/tutorials/reference/indicators/Trend.html but it should actually be https://panel.holoviz.org/reference/indicators/Trend.html

The above relative link should be https://panel.holoviz.org/tutorials/basic/indicators_performance.html/../../../reference/indicators/Trend.html

This problem exists throughout all reference links I have been trying in these pages.
