getting the error "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream" when trying to load models, plz help!

I made an account to complain about this exact issue. I've tried reinstalling everything about 20 times now, got .net 35, clean booted my PC twice, tried several different .bin programs to no avail, all versions of Ohana, and I'm past breaking point. This is a serious issue.
